Guests will have full access to the entire condo with the exception of two locked off owner storage areas.

Other things to note

Please note that there is no garbage or recycling pickup on site. We kindly ask guests to take all waste and recycling to the nearest waste management facility. There are two convenient locations: one on Nesters Road near Whistler Village, and another in Function Junction, just off the highway on your way out of town. We appreciate your understanding and help in keeping Whistler beautiful!

Under no circumstances can any garbage or recycling be left outside. Whistler has a very active wildlife population, including bears and coyotes, and improperly stored waste poses a serious safety risk. Local bylaws strictly prohibit leaving garbage outdoors, and significant fines apply for any violations. Please help protect the wildlife and the community by disposing of all waste at the designated facilities in Nesters or Function Junction.

Please note the Hot Tub cannot be used between the hours of 10pm and 8am, failure to adhere to this bylaw will result in fines upwards of $305. This is the ensure the peaceful and quiet enjoyment of other guests and neighbours in the complex.
